CO 35 stitches using provisional cast on
All rows *K1,P1* repeat * to end of row
When there is just enough yarn left to bind off, undo provisional cast on and place live stitches on needle. Twist knitted item so that it become a moebius cowl. Cast off using 3 needle bind off.
